Refund and Exchange Policy
At Front Range Theatre Company, we are committed to providing a valuable and enriching experience for all students attending our Triple Threat Summer Camp. Due to the nature of our staffing commitments and venue rental agreements, we have established the following refund policy:
120 Days or More Prior to Camp Start:
Registrants who cancel their camp registration 120 days or more before the camp start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees charged by Ludus.
90 to 119 Days Prior to Camp Start:
Registrants who cancel their camp registration between 90 and 119 days prior to the camp start date may choose one of the following options:
- 50% Refund (minus Ludus fees).
- Full Credit for the next year’s Triple Threat Summer Camp season. The credit is non-transferable and must be used for the following year.
Less Than 90 Days Prior to Camp Start:
For cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the camp start date, no cash refund will be provided. Instead, registrants will receive a full credit for the following year’s Triple Threat Summer Camp season. This credit is non-transferable and must be used for the next year’s camp season.
Refund Requests After Camp Begins:
Once the camp has begun, or if the camp start date is within 90 days of the refund request, no refunds or credits can be issued. This policy is based on the necessity of securing staffing and venue rentals in advance, which are non-refundable costs for the company.
All refunds are subject to non-refundable Ludus processing fees, which will be deducted from any refund issued. For any questions or concerns regarding this refund policy, please contact our team at frontrangetheatreco@gmail.com.
